NAPA (KRON) — Napa’s third annual Bottlerock music festival starts on Friday at noon.

This year’s headliners are the alternative rock bands, No Doubt and Imagine Dragon, along with former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant.

The first band to take the stage will be Napa’s own reggae-rock band Pion 2 Zion. They will take the stage around noon. The weekend ends Sunday night with No Doubt’s set.

Along the way, the festival also boasts performances from hip-hop artists Snoop Dogg and Public Enemy, Bay Area icons Michael Franti and Spearhead and Los Angeles rockers Los Lobos.

It’s not all music though. The event will also showcase local food, wine and beer from Napa and the surrounding region.

Now in its third year, the festival’s future was questionable after the first festival in 2013 when production company BR Festivals couldn’t pay millions of dollars to creditors and filed for bankruptcy.

After the first year it was taken over by a new company, Latitude 38 Entertainment.

Three-day general admission passes to the event are sold out, according to the Bottlerock website, but one-day tickets are still available starting at $139 for Friday and $149 for Saturday and Sunday.

Three-day VIP passes are also still available.
