UPDATE: All eight high schools in the Campbell Union High School District will dismiss students early Wednesday and Thursday because of the extreme heat. Most of the schools will release students around 11:30 a.m.

CAMPBELL (KRON) — Three schools in the Campbell Union High School District will dismiss students early Wednesday and Thursday due to extreme heat.
Students at Prospect High School will be released at 11:30 a.m. Minimum days are also in effect at Westmont High School.
Finally, Leigh High School students will be dismissed at 11:45 Wednesday and Thursday.
All outdoor student activities will be canceled or moved indoors.
