MONTEREY COUNTY (KRON) — Monday evening a man with a knife was arrested in the Moss Landing area of unincorporated Monterey County after barricading himself on a boast, according to sheriff’s deputies.
Officers were dispatched to the 7800 block of Sandholt Road at 7:55 p.m. Monday on report of a man waving a knife.
The suspect, later identified as 54-year-old Lance Edwards, was found to be trespassing. He barricaded himself on a boat and resisted arrest but was eventually taken into custody, according to officers.
