MILPITAS (KRON) — Police in Milpitas have located a missing man Friday morning who is considered to be at-risk.

Leonard Paz, 31, went missing on Thursday around 9:45 p.m. when he left his house to go for a walk and never returned, police said.

Paz was located by 7:30 a.m. Friday morning.

A family member reported him missing to police at 11:45 p.m.

Paz is diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic and bi-polar disorder. He has a mental capacity of a 10-year-old, according to police.

He did not take his medication and does not have it with him, police said.

Paz is described as a Hispanic male who is 5’11″ and weighs 280 pounds. He was last seen wearing black zip-up hoodie, a beige strip shirt and gray pants.
