SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — One of San Francisco’s most popular tourist spots, Fisherman’s Wharf, is in the middle of a crime wave.
And while police have made a few arrests, there was one daytime heist where the bandit met his match: a couple of women who were not going to be victims.
