CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WKRN) – The driver accused in a deadly Chattanooga school bus accident last week will appear in court Tuesday.
Johnthony Walker is charged with vehicular homicide. Federal investigators now say Walker was not on his designated route when the bus crashed. Six students were killed and five others remain hospitalized.
It reminds unknown why Walker was on Talley Road at the time of the accident. Investigators said neither drugs or alcohol were found in Walker’s system.
