PLEASANT HILL (KRON)—Police in Pleasant Hill have found a missing woman who was considered at risk.
Tori Scott, 26, is developmentally disabled and was last seen at the Target in Pleasant Hill.
Police did not say how long she was missing or where she was found.
Scott was last seen wearing a purple sweater, blue jeans and wearing a green backpack.
