Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash in Oakland Friday morning.
The incident happened around 2:08 a.m. on San Pablo Ave., between 33rd and 34th streets.
Police have identified the victim as an African America woman in her 40’s. Her name was not released.
The suspect car has not been identified, but police say it is a dark color based on debris found near the woman’s body.
