Barrels of an “unknown substance” has prompted a shelter-in-place in Petaluma on Tuesday night, city officials said.
Three, 55-gallon barrels of this substance is near the area of Eastman Lane and Stadler Lane outside Petaluma.
Residents between 1901 and 2155 Eastman Lane are being asked to shelter-in-place during the HAZMAT situation.
