KRON4 is receiving reports that at least one bystander was run over in Oakland by a biker gang Sunday afternoon.
Oakland police say they had been chasing motorcycles in the area of Claremont and Telegraph earlier in the day. When officers arrived in the area, between 60 and 70 motorcycle riders fled the scene as police continued to chase them down Telegraph.
At least one person has been transported to the hospital and several people on motorcycles have been detained.

Police say several units responding to the sideshow were surrounded by “violent sideshow participants.” Several vehicles were damaged.
