ENCINO, Ca (KRON) — Actress-turned-reality star Tori Spelling suffered burns after falling on a hibachi grill at a Benihana restaurant while dining with her family Easter Sunday in Encino, CA.
According to a witness, Spelling slipped and fell backwards onto the grill.
The 41-year-old mother of four was rushed to the hospital, and according to a source may need a skin graft.
This is the latest in a string of health related issues for Spelling. On October 23rd, 2014 she was hospitalized with severe bronchitis and possible pneumonia.
Spelling got her start on the teen drama 90210 in 1990 and is the daughter of famous Hollywood producer, Aaron Spelling.
