SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Investigators are looking for two armed thieves accused of forcing their way into a home occupied by two women in San Francisco’s Ingleside neighborhood, police said Thursday.

The home invasion robbery was reported at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Grafton Avenue near Jules Avenue.

Police say two men knocked on the front door of the home, and a 19-year-old woman answered. The suspects were said to be armed with handguns, and they overpowered the woman, gaining entry into the home, according to investigators.

Police say the men ransacked the residence and made off with the victims’ 9mm handgun, a computer tablet, various other electronic devices and an unknown amount of cash, according to officers.

Investigators say the woman who opened the door and a 20-year-old woman who was also home at the time were not injured during the incident.

The men are described to be between the ages of 19 and 25 years old.
