Pittsburg (KRON) — The Pittsburg Police Department has busted a significant Butane Honey Oil/Hash oil Lab.
On Wednesday Pittsburg Police Department detectives raided the operation on the 900 block of Promenade Drive. A Butane Honey Oil Lab extracts THC from marijuana.
During the service of the search warrant, five people were arrested for the production of what is commonly known as Honey Oil or Hash Oil.
Inside the residence detectives found what is believed to be the county’s largest, and perhaps the states, honey oil lab located by law enforcement.
Approximately 30 pounds of finished product was located with an estimated street value of $750,000 and approximately $30,000 in cash, believed to be proceeds from the sales of the product, was seized.
