SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man was critically injured in a shooting that happened in San Francisco’s Mission District Thursday evening, according to police.
The 35-year-old victim was near the corner of Cesar Chavez and Harrison streets when two suspects ran by shooting just before 7 p.m., police said.
The victim was shot in the chest and was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment.
The victim is suffering life-threatening injuries, according to police.
The two suspects remain at large.
Investigators are looking for a motive for the shooting, which remains unclear.
