An Ohio family is upset after an elderly cancer patient is left alone.
On Thursday night, the granddaughter of Fred Pack is trying to get the image out of her head.
She says her 77-year-old grandfather was pushed into the entryway of a nearby building and was forgotten about.
He was supposed to be taken to an appointment for his cancer treatment at a nearby cancer center.
But that never happened.
Officials at her grandfather’s hospital apologized for the mistake, saying his driver was given the wrong address.
However, an investigation is underway.
