Three fast-moving fires in San Jose, Suisun City, and Vacaville are sending plumes of smoke into the Bay Area, significantly impacting air quality, authorities say.
High winds have pushed the smoke towards the East and South Bay, including Concord, Pleasanton, Hayward, and Sunnyvale.
