SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) – Police say two men were shot while visiting a grave at an Orange County cemetery.
Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna says the men were both shot in the upper body and are expected to survive.
They were at Santa Ana Cemetery drinking beer at the grave when several other men pulled up and a fight broke out, followed by gunshots.
Police detectives are trying to identify suspects.
Juan Gonzalez, who was visiting the graves of loved ones with his family including a baby, tells the Orange County Register the entire incident occurred just inside the cemetery gates and was all over in about 10 seconds.
