ROHNERT PARK (KRON) — A Rohnert Park man has been arrested for felony sexual assault on his 49-year-old female acquaintance, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said at around 6:30 p.m on Monday, they served a felony sexual assault warrant in the 7500 block of Monet Place in Rohnert Park. They later arrested 53-year-old Raymond Foakes, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies said the sexual assault happened on Saturday in Santa Rosa.
Foakes’ bail is set at $1 million.
