Police have arrested two people after a man was shot and killed in a Pleasant Hill home Saturday night during a marijuana deal.

Oshry Elork, 23, was killed just before 11:15 p.m. in a house in the 2100 block of Norse Drive, according to police.

Officers have arrested Keith Jones, 29, and Luther Lee, 24, in connection with the homicide.

Early in the investigation, police identified Lee, of Columbus Georgia, as a suspect.

On Monday, officers learned that Lee was traveling eastbound through Arizona on Interstate 40, possibly en-route to Georgia.

With this information, the Arizona Department of Public Safety was contacted and requested to be on the lookout for Lee as he drove on Interstate 40.

Arizona State Troopers located Lee’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

During the stop, Lee and two others got out of the vehicle, according to police.

Lee was arrested on an outstanding warrant previously obtained by Pleasant Hill Police.

A remaining occupant, later identified as Keith Jones, of Cusseta, Georgia, fled in the car.

Arizona State Troopers pursued Jones for about 90 miles at speed in excess of 120 mph, according to police.

Jones’ vehicle tires were deflated with the use of a spike strip after crossing the New Mexico state border.

Jones was then taken into custody without incident.

With information from their investigation, Pleasant Hill Police were able to identify Jones as the shooter.

The two additional occupants in the vehicle were not charged with a crime and were released from custody.
