Alameda County officials say report of plane down is actually unoccupied boat

Officials in Alameda County say an earlier report of a plane down in Emeryville is actually an unoccupied boat. 

Right now rescue boats are trying to tow the boat to show at the Emeryville Marina. 

Firefighters had originally reported they were investigating a possible plane down in Emeryville.
