A billboard in Emeryville was vandalized overnight and the group taking responsibility is an anonymous activist art collective.
The billboard in Emeryville originally read, “We make junk disappear.” It was an advertisement for 1-800-JUNK.
It was changed to say, “We make kids disappear–ICE.”
The group responsible is known for changing billboards.
It was also behind the naked Donald Trump statue that popped up in several cities across the country a couple years ago, including San Francisco.
