Two 21-year-old men have been arrested in the South San Jose murder of a 19-year-old man near a high school, police said on Tuesday.
On Oct. 8, 2017, at around 7 p.m., officers responded to a shooting on the 200 block of Tradewinds Drive. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The 19-year-old victim, identified as Lorenzo Nava, was rushed to the hospital but died there. The shooting happened near Oak Grove High School.
Police arrested Artierey Sherry and Paul Soulik on Aug. 30 in Fremont and Milpitas respectively for the shooting death of Nava, officers said.
The two were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for murder.
