Passengers on a Volaris flight ready to depart SFO for Mexico City Tuesday morning are in search of another way to their destination after their flight was canceled due to a fuel leak on the tarmac.
According to airport officials, passengers on Volaris Flight 927 were expected to depart at 12:45 a.m.
For unknown reasons, around 10 gallons of fuel leaked onto the tarmac, officials said.
The announcement of the flight’s cancellation was made a little after 5 a.m.
