A small plane veered off a runway at Livermore airport while the pilot was practicing a maneuver on Tuesday afternoon, the FAA said.

A single-engine Consolidated Vultee BT-13A ran off the runway at around 3:35 p.m. as the pilot was practicing touch-and-goes at Livermore Municipal Airport.

“A touch-and-go is a procedure where the pilot lands and then takes off again without stopping,” FAA spokesman Ian Gregor said.

Nobody was hurt in the accident.

There is no information about damage to the plane.

The aircraft tail number is N59842.

The FAA is investigating the accident.
