On Saturday nearly 2,000 people came together to join the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” in Walnut Creek.
The event helps raise awareness and money for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
KRON4’s Grant Lodes was the host and was joined alongside Stacey Harmon, a mother of two, who was diagnosed with the disease at 40 years old.
In total, the event raised $560,000.
