Five people have been arrested in a San Francisco child pornography sting, police said on Tuesday.

The investigation began this fall, as police were looking into someone who was hosting child porn images on a blog. Police identified the suspect as 24-year-old Nicholas Fong, of San Francisco.

Police arrested Fong on Oct. 4 at his home on the 500 block of Lombard Street. There, police seized a cellphone with hundreds of child porn videos and images, police said.

The images showed children being sexually abused, authorities said. Police also found Fong was storing child porn on the cloud.

Fong was arrested and booked into the San Francisco County Jail for having over 600 files of child porn.

In another investigation, police found someone was uploading child porn to a peer-to-peer file sharing network. The investigation identified the suspect as 58-year-old Donald Wright, of San Francisco.

Wright is an IT specialist.

On Oct. 11, police arrested Wright at his home on the 1000 block of Sutter Street. Investigators seized dozens of media devices belonging to Wright, officers said.

The devices contained hundreds of child porn videos and images, showing children being sexually abused, police said.

Wright was arrested and booked into the San Francisco County Jail for having over 600 files of child porn.

Later in October, police found 43-year-old Elihu Hernandez, of San Francisco, was hosting child porn images on a blog. Officers arrested him at his home in the 200 block of Eddy Street.

At the home, investigators found a cellphone which also had child porn images of kids being sexually abused, police said. Officers say Hernandez stored the illegal images on several phone apps.

He was booked into the county jail for having and distributing child porn.

In another investigation, police found another man, 37-year-old Trevor Schlesinger, was uploading child porn to a peer-to-peer file sharing network.

Officers arrested Schlesinger at his home in the 200 block of Mallorca Way. Police found a laptop, which had child porn stored on the machine.

He was booked into the county jail for having child porn.

The fifth arrested came on Nov. 15. Police found 59-year-old Steven Sabin, a San Francisco Lutheran pastor, was sharing child porn on a social media app.

Authorities arrested Sabin at his home in the 1300 block of Market Street. His phone had hundreds of child porn videos and images, police said. Police found he also stored the illegal images on a cloud storage app.

Sabin was booked into the county jail for having over 600 files of child porn and distributing the images.
